Collaborating in Nora IPLM is simple. Users can share items, documents, projects, tasks, and other objects with team members directly within or outside the platform.

You can even share a widget that includes multiple objects. The recipient will be notified and can instantly access the shared widget with just a click.

Real-Time Access and Sharing:

Share links or assign access to specific individuals or groups to enable real-time collaboration on shared items. The recipient gains immediate visibility and interaction with shared objects.

Sharing Widgets with Multiple Objects:

Users can share widgets that contain multiple objects (documents, tasks, parts, etc.) with team members.

Accessing Shared Objects or Widgets:

Once shared, the recipient receives a notification. They can click on the notification to quickly access the shared widget and all associated objects.

Team Communication Features:

• Comments & Annotations: Discuss directly on tasks, documents, or other objects with comments or annotations.

• Mentions: Use @mentions to tag team members in comments, ensuring they’re alerted and can contribute their input.

• Notifications: Team members are notified when they’re mentioned or when updates occur on items they’re collaborating on.
