Table widget allows users to manage different types of objects in a single list. This includes items, tasks, workflows, documents, changes, and any other object types. The widget's flexible design accommodates the unique attributes and requirements of each object type.
Table Views: Table views are specific to each object type, and if there is more than one type of object in the table, then the universal table view is displayed.
Customizable Columns for Object Attributes: Columns in the Table Widget can be customized to display attributes specific to the object types being viewed.
Customization and Configuration of The Columns: The Table widget can be configured to display specific attributes relevant to the objects being managed. Users can adjust the columns to show essential information, providing a tailored view that supports their workflow.
Click on the column configuration and select the attributes you want to use. Note that the attributes displayed in the column configuration are specific only to the type of object displayed.
Relation Creation with Relation Fields: Relationships can be created between objects with the selections made in the Relationship fields.
Dynamic Fields: In dynamic fields, data that is not shown in attributes alone can be displayed live with or without attributes.
Pagination Feature: With pagination, users can navigate through pages of data, controlling how many objects are displayed per page.
Detailed Object Management: Users can interact with the object(s) in the table, performing actions such as viewing details in information pane, editing attributes via “Edit” mode, and managing lifecycle states by “Promote” and “Demote” Commands. The table interface provides a comprehensive overview and quick access to essential object management functions.
Entering Edit Mode
There are two ways to open edit mode in the Table Widget:
By clicking the edit button in the Command Bar
By clicking the edit button in the menu that opens with Right click on the object level.
Exiting Edit Mode
There are two different approaches to exit editing mode in the Table Widget.
With saving the modifications: By clicking the “Save” button in the Command Bar
Without saving the modifications: By clicking on edit button either via command bar or via object-level right click menu
Performing Bulk Editing on Objects: The table interface allows users to select one or multiple objects to perform various actions, such as editing, deleting, or transitioning through different states.
Thumbnail Mode: The user can switch from list view to thumbnail view. Thumbnail view is managed by cards.

Quick Duplication: Select an object type and use the clone command to create a copy with the same attributes and properties, allowing for easy replication of similar object types.
Exporting to Excel: Export to Excel command gives users the ability to export the data in Excel format for further analysis.
Clearing the Table- Removing The Object(s): Choose an object and select the clear option to remove it from your table.
Search in Widget: Keyword searches can be performed within the lists by searching within the widget.
Command Bar: Command bar varies depending on the object type. If there is more than one object type in the table, the universal menu is displayed.
Information Pane: The Information Pane is updated with each object selection. Multiple object information cannot be shown in the information pane. Therefore, if more than one object is selected in the table, the information of the last selected object is shown in the information pane.

Relation Pane: The relation pane is reloaded with each object selection. If more than one object is selected, relation pane will show the last selection’s relations.

Widget Sharing: Through this command, all objects in the widget can be shared with other users.

Adjusting the Columns: Drag and drop columns and rows to rearrange their order. Resize columns by clicking and dragging the edges to fit the data better.

Filtering and Advanced Filtering: Quickly filter your data to display only the entries you need.
Wrap Text: Enable text wrapping to ensure all data is visible within a column.
Add Custom Attribute: Add custom attributes directly from the column menu.
Freezing and Unfreezing Columns: Freeze columns to keep them in view while scrolling through your table.
Hide Column: Hide unnecessary columns to declutter your table.
Sorting: Sort data in ascending or descending order with a simple click.
Pin to Left-Right: Pin columns to the left or right to keep important data always visible.
Group By: Group your data by specific columns to organize and analyze it more effectively.
